Volunteers are a fundamental component of the services offered. The use of volunteers enables the various agencies to provide a variety of programs and services that would otherwise not be available.
Volunteers fulfill many roles within community support agencies. They sit on boards and committees, they support management and administration, and they work directly with clients in the community. Volunteers also increase community awareness and contribute to the vibrancy of each agency.
